Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to JobProof purchases operated by Urban Folklore Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15418082. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms apply.

1. Free Trial

JobProof includes a free trial with 1 session and no payment required. Refunds do not apply to free trials.

2. Session Pack Refunds

  • You may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of your pack purchase.
  • Send requests to support@jobproof.dev (or contact Paddle via your purchase receipt) with your account email and order details.
  • Refunds are issued by Paddle and are typically processed in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Outside of the 14-day cancellation right, refunds are provided at Paddle's discretion on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@jobproof.dev with:

  • Your account email address.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Optional: a short note on the reason for the request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf. For billing questions, you can also contact Paddle directly via your purchase receipt.
