Account data: email address and hashed password.
Content you provide: CV text, job description text, custom instructions, and spoken answers converted to text.
Service data: session metadata, scores, coaching feedback, Story Bank entries, and Quality Gate results.
Technical data: browser/device details, IP address for security, and usage events.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
- Raw voice audio recordings are not stored after speech-to-text processing.
- Video and image data are not collected by the service.
- No employer, recruiter, or interviewer data is collected directly.
4. How We Use Data
- Generate mock interview questions and coaching feedback from your provided context.
- Maintain your Story Bank and session history.
- Process purchases and billing via Paddle.
- Send essential account and billing communications.
- Analyze aggregated service usage to improve product reliability.
We do not use your personal content (CV, job description, answers) to train AI models.

8. Data Deletion
- You can delete your account and associated data at any time.
- Session data and Story Bank content are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained because it is not personally identifiable.
- Payment records remain with Paddle as legally required.
9. Security
- Encrypted transport via HTTPS/TLS.
- Access controls and authentication for account-level data.
- Ongoing security reviews and incident response processes.
10. Cookies
JobProof uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Children
The service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email or in-product notice. The last updated date reflects the latest revision.
