Two practice modes

Practice Mode (Coach)

Guided, iterative practice with feedback after every answer. Unlimited retries, STAR coaching, and model answers based on your CV.

Simulation Mode (Interview)

Realistic mock interview behavior with one attempt per question, limited follow-ups, and coaching held until the end.

Voice-first experience

Speak your answers naturally. JobProof captures transcripts via speech-to-text, then coaches based on what you actually said.

Quality Gate

Before each session, JobProof validates that your CV and job description contain enough detail for effective coaching.

  • Block: inputs are insufficient and guidance explains what to improve.

STAR framework scoring

Every answer is scored on situation clarity, task ownership, action specificity, result impact, and communication quality. Assessments are grounded in your own provided context.

Metric harvesting

When impact is vague, JobProof asks structured follow-ups to extract defensible outcomes and rewrites them into interview-ready phrases.

Phrases are labelled as measured, estimated, or proxy-based. JobProof never encourages fabricated numbers.

Story Bank

Save your strongest answer phrasing and metric statements. Story Bank persists across sessions so your interview evidence improves over time.

What JobProof does not do

  • Does not generate images, videos, or visual media of any kind.
  • Does not function as a general-purpose chatbot or Q&A assistant.
  • Does not provide real-time assistance during live interviews.
  • Does not involve human coaches or human-driven review services.
  • Does not make hiring decisions or provide scores to employers.
  • Does not store raw voice audio after speech-to-text processing.

All coaching is generated by AI language models. No human reviewers are involved.
